RENTAL CROWN SERVICE DELIVERY & RETURNS - SAHARA BLUE CO.

EXPRESS POST FEE:

  • An additional $15AUD flat rate applies for Express Postage.

DELIVERY:

  • We exclusively offer our mermaid and fairy crowns for hire within Australia.
  • All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express shipping service.
  • Please note that regional areas may experience longer delivery times, so we recommend a 7-day booking to accommodate potential delays.

BOOKING RECOMENDATIONS:

  • For timely delivery, we suggest starting your booking date at least 2 days before your event.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS:

  • Orders placed less than 3 business days before the booking start date are considered last-minute.
  • SAHARA BLUE CO. does not take responsibility for postage delays caused by Australia Post for last-minute orders.
  • Last-minute orders are not eligible for a refund in case of late delivery beyond the booking start date. Store credit only.

RETURNING YOUR CROWN:

  • The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs of the crowns.
  • We highly recommend purchasing additional coverage up to the retail value of the crown for added protection. 
  • We recommend using Australia Post for the return shipment. 

SAHARA BLUE CO. will not be held responsible for any crowns lost or damaged during the return transit. 

PLEASE BE AWARE! delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. However please don't hesitate to contact us with any shipping inquiries you may have.

Please double check your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned to us because the incorrect delivery address was provided, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost.Â
